I can remove the DOB check if you would like. Not sure if the game would care or not. I just know for 2004 roster, that is the way it worked in game so that is the way I implemented it everywhere.

You can't move players to different teams in the the editor but you can load a franchise file into the editor to edit ratings etc...

My game is freezing too but I'm using the 2005 schedule. Ive tried it 7 times and it freezes everytime I try to sim a game or a season. I control every team in my season.
