says 480p on the back...besides I haven't gotten any of the games to work..and they said it should play the top titles...well they need to specify...because so far..I haven't gotten anything to work. I hate that on the dashboard of the 360 you can only enable one format at a time. Unlike the previous XBOX where you could enable all the ones that your t.v could support...now its either or on the system menu....

I don't have one...we have one at my job..and we've been trying to get games to play on it. When microsoft sent it...they sent it with the hard drive already patched for top selling games. But so far...3 for 3 none of them work...We've tried NFL 2k5, Halo 2, and Project Gotham. None booted kept giving a software error or disc dirty....

Well I think its safe to assume halo 2 is going to be BC, so the one they sent you must be different then the retail version is my guess.

You will have to download game-code via XBL to play xbox games B/C. Halo 2 is B/C & plays in 720p & looks simply AMAZING. Microsoft will be announcing what games will be B/C @ Launch in the next week or so.

In reference to 2k, I would really believe it will make launch. It was the highest selling football game on xbox last year & is still a top 20 game via XBL.. But only time will tell

As a matter of fact, there aren't any 2K Sports games on the list. At least, not from what I saw.

I believe there's a World Series Baseball on there. But the list is a joke. I love how they have some sports games like 2003 and 2004 versions, but yet they don't have the current versions?

Scam.

Re: Will 2k5 be backwards compatible with 360?

Yea no Madden's(I don't care but still a surprise) no NFL 2K's no NBA 2K's no NHL 2K's. But there is some old Blitz games and an old World Series Baseball game. WTF Microsoft is so stupid. Why not just make it all compatible like the PS2 and PS3. It makes no since to do what they did.
