I was wondering if there was an editor for 2k4 ? If not would it be possible for someone to put a simple one together ? I've heard great things about the game compared to 2k5 and thought if there a good editor them this game could really take off again. I would try myself but just don't have the skills required.

No editor for 2k4 unfortunately.

Any chance of one being made do you think ? Would it be that hard to convert the excellent 2k5 editior ?

Yup, but I don't think he has much time to work on older titles that aren't as popular. He also works on editors for 2k's NBA and NHL titles.
