HELP with Finn's editor - version 2.0.1.70

Keep going but be sure to test files in franchise frequently or it will be a waste.

Example:

The Cardinals signed K Nick Novak. The name Nick is in the editor but not Novak so I can't make him just using the editor since I can't overwrite in .70 version.
In game if I got to the player create mode, the first one is Charlie Frye. I change the name Charlie to Novak and save in game, he thus becomes Novak Frye.

I copy the save to the AR card, load it to my cpu and open up your editor. I know have Novak in the change name list. I can now edit a f/a into Nick Novak. I then change Novak Frye back to Charlie Frye, save it and load it back into my Xbox.

Repeat the process...........

I just want to know will there be a problem by adding too many extra names into the editor that way?

I select the existing name since Charlie is already there.

The players who I am editing in the player create mode must have a name that is single in the editor.

Should look like this: Charles=[]

I could've sworn Charlie was there but maybe it dropped off, I'm renaming him Charles for now until I'm finished then I'll change it back to Charlie.

I hope this makes sense.

It seems that adding extra names that some of the names are dropping off of the existing name list. I beleive I'm going to stop soon so I don't lose anyone.


I'm just about finished with the roster, I'm updating the depth charts right now. If I can get Candyman's permission, I'll load it up this weekend.

It'll probably be called CANDYMAN's V7
