Has anyone figured out how to make player progression random? For me that is the biggest killer of the franchise is knowing how the players are going to progress. I know we can't make it be affected by their performance, but I wondered if somehow through Finn's editor anyone had figured out what determines a player's preprogrammed progression.

The only way that I can think of would be to lower the consistency rating of those that progress beyond reason ( like Westbrook and Fitzgerald) and raise the consistency of those that hardly progress at all.
