How do I open Phil's Draft Class file?

Okay, I received Phil's 2006 Draft Class excel sheet file but how do I open it so I can see the rookies?

You haven't heard of Microsoft Excel? It's just a program that allows the user to organize their data and to make graphs, tables, and what-not of the data.

I don't know how you would go about getting it. My computer came with microsoft office, so i've had it from the start.

If you're still wanting the Draft Class file, I copied it in word and put it up on yousendit. You should be able to open a .doc with no problem.

I've heard of Microsoft Word but not Excel. I figured that its a program and such but my laptop doesnt have it. Like I said, im not a computer person. I only bought my laptop for Finn's editor, surfing the web, saving $10 on internet service and being able to sell my Dreamcast. Yep, my Dreamcast was basically my ISP for over 4 1/2 years. LOL.
