Finns Editor Error.......

i pm'd finn at another board about this error i get an dhe gave me an option or two to try and fix it. well i havent solved the issue yet.

i downloaded his new version and i get a temp error. error when extracting to temp or something like that.. i then just un-installed all of his editors i had on my pc and tried again but with no luck.

i did a search on my pc for anything that had to do with finns stuff but my pc seems to be clean of all the editors.

could someone help me out?

I'm not sure what you're saying here bro, did you un-install the last version you used, usually you can only use on at a time.

i have all editors un-installed, and when i try and install the new version it gives me a temp folder error when trying to install.

Look in your control panel and see if anything shows up in there for progams that are already installed.

i looked in the add/remove programs and nothing shows up for finns editors. i un-installed everything dating back to his 2k3nhl editor. this is wierd and driving me nuts lol

It almost sounds like he accidently removed the program for the un-installing process of the shareware progrm itself, if thats the case he may have a problem removing it from the pc in order to install any further editors they have their own un-install programs and usually a message will appear stating that it can't be installed until the previous is removed.

You need that un-install program to remove it,check your temp folders in the "C" drive.
