Can someone clarify some Milestone Info for me?

I'm not sure about something... to qualify for milestones, you have to play 5 to 8 min quarters, with penalty settings @ default or harder.

Now, does this mean the penalty sliders, or the actual difficulty sliders themselves? And what direction, slider-wise (left or right) makes it "harder"? Because I adjusted the penalty sliders so that some penalties would be called more often, and now I don't get milestones... I also adjusted the difficulty sliders, so I'm not sure what's up.

from what i remember:

difficulty sliders can be whatever you want.

Penalty sliders must remain the same (in the middle for all) or higher.
Red is the setting, so more Red on the slider will make it higher.

Clipping must be ON ...cant remember if it was a 0 to 20 slider or a YES/NO option.

there is another option somewhere to make teams equal in ability ...that must be turned OFF.

Well, these are the sliders I play with, but I never get milestones, so if someone can help me out and check what might be wrong, that would be appreciated.
