When did ESPN NFL 2k5 become BC for the 360?

its says there is an update for it....and then it craps out and never boots the game....

I was loooking at my profile on xbox.com, and I looked at my freinds list, and saw Bigfnjoe playing NFL2K5, so I thought I missed somthing.

I hardly ever jump on XBL but is this normal for there to be an update to a original XBOX game thats not BC compatible. B/C it did say there was an update for it, an it appeared to d/L correctly but it still says its not supported. There teasing us.
