No. Pretty sure they stopped when 2K came out.

yes there are... more start playing once football season begins again, but you shouldn't have a problem finding a game as there is still a decent amount of xbl gamers...

You can't play NFL2K4 online anymore. I tried the other day after reading this post. Me and my friend could not connect to play a game.
