Is there a way, either by sliders or editing ratings, to make the computer run the ball more? It seems that no matter how high I put the CPU Run Ability Slider up or how much I try to manipulate the Gameplan Slider I can't get the computer to run more than 20-30% of the time, or 10-15 times per game. The most I've seen the CPU run was 17 times in one game and they ran between 50 and 60 plays. Any help here would be GREATLY appreciated, as this is the only part of the gameplay that bugs me.

Yep, its annoying the cpu don't run more. Especially when i'm playing against the steelers and see them rarely run the ball. I really get annoyed when its 1st and goal at the one yard line and the cpu will usually still throw...even peter will say "watch him gun it to his go to reciever". For some reason they coded it that way.

I'm not one to mess with sliders or global edits much, but if anyone has a fix....

I'd really like to find a way to get QB's to play more realistic too...

Interestingly, I played against the Falcons last night with my created team and Dunn ran on me 20+ times. One thing to consider....how is your run defense in comparison to your pass defense. The CPU might be using your VIP against you.

Yeah I noticed if a team has bad run coverage rated players the cpu will run more than against teams with high run coverage rated players. The cpu will try what it believes will give it its best chance at moving the ball.

or you could make a custom playbook with more passing plays than running plays.. make the CPU use that.. also make a VIP profile where u run it more
