if you update the season through fin's editor to 2006 then yes the superbowl will be in miami and there is decoration. If you want to see the superbowl stadiums for your self, edit your profile name to CribMax and it will unleash all hidden teams players and stadiums including stadiums for the superbowl up to i believe 2010. Unfortunately the artist at visual concepts did not make artist renditions of what the superbowl logo would look like in those years so you get a rather bland superbowl logo with the roman numerals. If you want you can then edit the profile name back to what it was before and still keep all the goodies.
