I think ppl are willing to plop money on this game without seeing a single shred of evidence. If it came out tommorow, half of us here would buy it without even thinking. Sad but true.

Yea, I mentioned him twice and it seems as if ppl forgot about him. Those crazy advertisments were insane.

nah...my guess is that minimal coding went into it maybe even a port to next-gen...and they've had it done for a few months---remember this is all new to use but we have NO IDEA low long this has been under wraps

Anyway, I think this is a great marketing strategy. I'm fairly certain this game won't be released until next year- it just seems that it would be best for 2K to gauge the response to Madden 2007 and then plan accordingly.

Plus, the more time they have with the game, the fewer bugs that will emerge. I'm in no rush- I just want the best football gaming experience.

You'd think they'd have better sense than to jerk their fans around - it'll be interesting to see what the announcement is. Personally I think they CAN get away with releasing a game this year. Madden 360 still hasn't taken the significant leap forward over it's current gen counterpart it needs to - I'm thinking it'll still be arguable as to which version of the game is better. That's the primary reason people are wanting a 2K football game so bad in the first place. So I think this is the best time to introduce a new game; sometime around early November or even late January. I don't see the logic in hinting around at a game that won't be released for another year

Maybe they will have a PFL Demo date. I'm thinking this will come out next year. They shouldn't be in a hurry. We've waited all this time.......And if it's good as it should be......Maybe it'll be worth it.
