ps2 vs xbox version

i've been thinking about buying a ps2. Are their any advantages in the ps2 versions over xbox versions 2k4 or 05.

Ummmm, the Xbox version of 2K5 is light year's ahead of the PS2 version in almost every way possible.

i did have the ps2 version before i bought my xbox and i do prefer the ps2 control pad.

so i just bought one of those control pad converters for my xbox..

Also, if you plan to play online then you have no choice but Xbox, at least I think the PS2 servers are no more.

1.the gameplay is smooth and as enjoyable

2.you have that sweet ps2 controller in your hand boy go enjoy 2k5 no matter what system you have it on.

if the ps2 version works on the ps3, that's a big advantage IMO.
