Actually I called them with a Original Xbox problem and they are sending me a new power cord so they havent totally adondoned XBOX. BC wise I really hope they get NFL2k5 going, maybe they are trying to get the hard drive portion to work? (wishful thinking)

A while back they had a recall on Xbox power cords. The recall might have forced Microsoft to handle your problem as the older power cords were a fire hazard.
