2K8 roster cover idea

Here's my first attempt for this season. I'm trying to get a sense of what elements I want to put in. So basically looking for feedback on this draft. How's the balance of elements, text font, etc.

I've actually never agreed with single players on the covers of video games. The NFL is a team sport, I would love to see a team on the cover. I would love to see, like the pictures, a team working together to obtain victory. Sure we see guys like McNabb on the cover of Madden, but that whole team got them to the super bowl that year, not just one guy.

Well thats my rant.

Anyways nice job DaFlyBoys, I like it except the words "NFL 2k8".. stands out too much or something, I don't know, I'm really tired, don't listen to me.
