In finn's editor how or can you adjust using a % to raise all attributes? For example is there a way to raise all the qb's speed at once by 10% if so can anyone help me out thanks

use global editor- it's pretty self explanatory

note that raising or lowering attributes by a percent won't necessarily be "undoable" for all players so make backups of course.

pretty obvious but for example if you raise attributes by say 20% & some player was at 90 he will max out @ 100. then if you lower by 20 he will drop to 80 rather than his original 90

since you asked here's exactly how:
--click tools
--click global editor
--select attributes
--check all teams
--check QB
--check speed
--check percentage
--check plus if you want to increase (minus if you want to decrease of course)
--type a max or min value for the SPD attribute if you want
--type value as 10% (or whaver percentage you want it to go up by)
