Can We Collectively Express to The NFL Why They Shouldn't Allow EA Exclusive Rights

I am not sure if 2K has legally attacked the situation but the consumers are the ones that matter. Online petitions, phone calls, emails; we NEED to let the NFL know that we do NOT want EA Sports to have exclusive rights to their titles.

So if you could please handle this in a mature manner. Don't be angry while talking to anyone. Conduct yourself as a professional and explain to them why exclusive rights doesn't help the industry at all. Also explain to them why YOU feel it is a shame that we have to resort to playing a 4 year old game to get a REAL football fix.

And please if you don't think this won't help then you don't have to participate at all. Some of us care though and every little things can help.

Why would the NFL change anything because of a few petition and/or phone calls?

Money talks. And EA has lots of it. Plus their game sells a lot anyway.

The NFL is an organization that is just as if not more greedy than EA. Everything they've done since the game has become mega popular has been driven by money. The only way I see 2k being able to acquire the NFL license is if T2 is bought out by a huge company like M$ that can compete with EA money wise.

I'm going to be honest w/ ya:

After seeing what 2K did w/ APF; weather effecting plays, late hits, trash talking. Things that the NFL doesn't want in there games. I hope 2K never gets the license back and goes on to make FULLY customizable football games from here on out.

When they see that the most played original xbox game is NFL 2K5 they'll have an idea of why the NFL should not be sold to the highest bidder, or any bidder.
