Thanks for the Hester cover - looks great. Whats the best way to print this out?? Do I need something special, a different program or glossy paper? Never replaced the cover before...

Use some kind of photo paper, something heavier than regular printer paper. I know some people take it to Kinko's or somewhere like that and get it printed out, also.
