The datel 360 transfer kit is still the cheapest way to get the AR for xbox 1 as it is included (at least it used to be). However, buy the AR alone cost $29.99. Go figure.

I haven't played on my 360 yet, but from what I'm hearing it should be fine if you play on 480, or a standard tv.

Re: 2K5 question

Let me make this somewhat simple -

FINN's ESPN NFL 2K5 gamesave editor.

If it wasnt for Finn's editor, I would have quit playing 2K5 and football video games in general years ago. I owned 2K5 for PS2 with the HDD but the inability to use Finn's editor, the in-game limitations and the flaws that cant be avoided made it crappy compared to the Xbox version.

I purchased an Xbox ($200), an Action Replay with memory card ($30), a laptop PC ($150) and 2K5 ($10) just so I could use Finn's editor and thus keep playing 2K5. Basically, I spent about $400 just so I could use Finn's editor.

I can guarantee that once you use Finn's editor and create / edit your own rosters, schedules, etc., etc., etc., that you'll never ever go back to the PlayStation 2 version.

Re: 2K5 question

You still need the XPORT kit though to get Finn's editor if you only have a 360 right??

Re: 2K5 question

Yes. The Xport is basically the transfer device used in order to get game saves and whatnot over to the 360's hard drive.

Personally, I think that Microsoft screwed up in this regard. They should have done something that allowed us to simply use an Xbox memory card on 360 and just transfer the game saves and whatnot to the 360 hard drive. The reason why every game isnt BC is because all the games are running of off emulation software that's saved on to the hard drive. This is the reason why some people have come across problems playing 2K5. It's because the system isnt meant to play the game. The emulation software is basically bypassing this problem but not everything plays as smooth as it would on regular Xbox but for those who have wanted 2k5 to be BC, at least they finally got their wish.
