Right there dude, it doesn't come with the cable.................the cable comes with the 120gb HDD that you buy separately. ebay is the only route to get one if you don't have the 120gb purchased separately.

Yeah, when this thing first released everyone thought it was going to have it and it ended up not. Plus dude, this is from March.

Alright, well there is an article about there being a form, that you send in to MS to get the transfer cable.

Is that part true?

Actually, you can send in a form on the MS website to get one of these cables for free. My problem is that it needs the serial number for both your old 360 and your elite, but I already sold my old 360 on Ebay.

i would just keep calling until you get a CSR who is helpful and willing to ship one to you. i didn't call expecting to get it free but asked if i could purchase one. the guy i talked to said he would ship one out to me gratis and i would get it free. i think he did so because i was inquiring about the length on my repair warranty (4th console) and he wanted to be helpful and generous. so i got one without filling out any paperwork. btw, can this cable be used more than once with your pc? i read somewhere that when transfering form hdd to hdd that it can only be used once. i'm wondering if you'd only be able to use it once with the pc too.

sorry guys been at work all day ....you basically use the transfer cable just like the Xport same thing and just use the xbox360 explorer software.
