I'll take a stab at it. As productive as Harrison is, the Colts offense has not missed a beat w/o him.

Exactly. Harrison is awesome and a top 5 receiver but his "knee" injury is more serious than the Colts have said it is and he's going to have to play through pain the rest of his career. Factor in his age, salary and the fact that the Colts offense has done just as good and possibly better without him, then yes, I think that he would be expendable especially since Wayne is becoming Manning's favorite target more and more.
