A FRANCHISE BUDGET QUESTION

Dear OS'ers,

I have a question about the financial side inside of the Franchise. I noticed that there is no place where you can turn player or league salaries to the off position? Either I have missed it in the Franchise options, or it is located someplace else.

Have you ever let the CPU resign player's? Is it a good result or isn't it? The reason I don't want to bust my franchise in year 3? Or have my CPU coach release a player from my team and do something stupid.

Do you guys have any tips on how to resign player's and free agents cheap? Or if the is an option to turn League Salary off let me know.

Its not an option...but you can change the salary cap limit from within Finn's editor. I resign all my players myself..with some simple house rules of using a minimum 50% bonus to all players which makes the salary cap (default limit is what I am using) actually a challenge.
