What an ending / I love this game (no, not the crappy NBA) !!!

do you guys get a chop off in the display when playing on 1080? Like my picture is chopped off on the left and bottom edges. I'm running @ 720p with the HDMI cable on the xbox360 elite.

It's weird, but when you get a big screen, after a while it's never really big enough. I have a 55 inch screen and it was mammoth at first and now that is paid off and the newer ones are out I am considering a larger screen too. We are a society of wants

Lucky for me, I have no interest in HDTV or next gen systems. I thought about buying an HDTV because I was thinking about buying 360 to play 2K5 but once I read how much of an inconvience it is to remove the HD from the 360 to get the updated rosters, I decided to stay with my old gen Xbox. Plus, not being able to play my old school games like SNES, Sega CD, etc. on an HDTV really pissed me off so I figured, what's the point in wasting money on stuff I dont want or need?

I have a regular 27 inch Panasonic TV but it's in the living room so it's more of an inconvience than anything if I play games in there. The 20 inch TV is good enough as it gets the job done.

You can play SNES, and stuff on an HDTV. I have one and I played Super Mario Kart on SNES on mine.

definatly go Lcd, I can't stand projection. I got a sony 52 inch XBR5 for xmas and I love it. I've had no Triple ball effect. there is soooo many settings on the sony that you can't make 16 bit genesis look great on a big screen.
I did lots of researce the weeks before I got my TV and the thing everyone was saying was, "you wanna go lcd, then definatly get a samsung or sony"
I know the samsungs are really good, but I'm a sony guy and am really glad i got the xbr, they were similar priced but I think you can't go wrong with a samsung. my buddy has an LG and I think his picture is great as well LG's colors really pop but they aint as high end as the samsungs and sony.

My friend has an HDTV and when he tried to play SNES, Sega Genesis/CD, PlayStation One or Nintendo 64, he said that there were messed up colors, the screen was small and everything else was distorted. He said that he could only play those systems on a regular TV. I'm guessing that's because those systems werent developed with HDTV in mind.

On the Sony you have any issues with clouding or hosting at all on the set? I know it is a new model...

If you guys were picking this up, would you go PS2/XBox. Is the XBox version BC with the 360?
