Small project

Hey guys, I would like to enlist some help on a small project. I have been getting all sorts of email about how to transfer the rosters on my site to the 360. I have seen all the threads, but aside from recognizing the words "action replay", most of what I've read looks like a manual in another language. Would someone be willing to post step by step (1) what is needed and (2) how the transfer is done? Even if it's copying and pasting an old thread, I'd like the definitive version so I can post it on my site. I feel bad telling everyone I have the old xbox and have no idea. Redirecting me to another whole thread is great, but I'd still need someone to sort it out. I'd like a STEP 1: DO THIS, STEP 2: DO THAT sort of thing.

Anyone?

EDIT: I've had zeros replies to this question. C'mon guys. I know a ton of you out there have the 360 and had done the transfer of rosters. Surely someone can help all the others. Step up and be part of the solution.
