Where is the NFL 2K9 news?

I just got back from Iraq guys, my fourth tour over there, haven't had a chance to play a new version since 2k5, we have not had a chance to play many new games, all we have ever wanted is to come back now and play 2k9. All the guys from Iraq coming back this month are getting excited, it is going to be one heckuva reunion in the fall, we are all planning a huge 2k9 tourny when NFL season kicks off!

Please point me to the direction of the 2K9 news, thanks guys!

sorry buddy but the year you left was the year 2k football ended. EA bought the NFL LICENSE AND THEY HAVE IT UNTIL 2013

yeah, sorry about the no nfl 2k9 news. it was really bitter here for a while. a lot of people stopped buying madden because of it.

if you would like to play a brand of 2k football you have two options.

1) get a 360 and try all pro football 2k8. you choose legends and play. it doesnt have a franchise, just a season but it is awesome online.

2) use the flying finn editor and download rosters for either the old xbox or the 360. if you need to get the rosters for the 360 pm me and i will help you out with instructions on how. it isn't hard but you need special equipment. it is worth it. the roster edits these guys did make it play like a new game.

We got our from there. Only problem with it has been the tray sticking some, but nothing worth sending back. This was last Sept./Oct.
