should snap off fairly easy once you have all the screws off. Dont forget that hidden screw under the microsoft sticker!! You shouldnt need any other cables cuz the adapters come with them in the box. As for the actual transferring of files process, check out http://www.nfl2k5rosters.com/360Instructions.html . The software i used is xplorer360. I think imma go through the process again as I missed some roster updates and I wanna edit some players myself also. Finn's editor software is awesome too. Check that out also.
