Clipping penalty patch glitch

Hey guys, I downloaded the update off Xbox Live a few weeks ago that apparently included the patch that fixes the clipping penalty glitch. I tested it out and it worked but I was playing a quick game using my 2K7 roster with the Cowboys and on a punt return, there was a clipping penalty by my team and Newman winded up having one return for negative 5 yards.

I returned the punt 10 yards but his stats didnt reflect this. Is the update supposed to be applied to a roster or something in order for it to work with other rosters?

I don't think there was anything more you had to do than download the patch and the game would pick it up upon starting.

BTW, if anyone can post the patch file here or send it to me, that would be great. I cancelled my Live account a while back, but I also had to buy a new (to me) Xbox, so I don't have the patch anymore.
