what version of xport should I be using? Maybe that is the problem. I understand that there are several versions. Any one know?

I used winzip to unzip the file, might that be the problem. The instructions mention extraction wizard will pop up. Not sure if that might be the issue. Any thoughts.

On step 11 it says to select device1, mine says device5. Could this be my problem? Please someone any suggestions.

Got my transfer cable today and got the rosters and franchise files on no problem.

oakraider, I am using the xport 360 that is provided in the link in the first post. I am also using Winrar to unzip and extract the files, but I don't think your versions should be causing your problems.

As for it showing device 5, I don't know why it says that, mine said device 1 so I can't help you there.

I am thinking it is. I dont know how to fix it but 5 doesnt sound right.
