why do i always get ran down by the computer?

using default rosters. it seems like the computer always run's me down whether it be my runn.back or wide recievers.

i know my guy is faster than the guy who always catches me.

what slider effects the catch up speed for the computer.

because i can very rarely run down there players once they get a few steps on me.

Lower pursuit. LBs should not be catching WR's in full stride. Hell, even some of the DB's shouldn't be catching them. Zero it out and go from there.

Im not sure if your new to the 2K series or not, but you do know you have to tap the A button for turbo right? Tap the heck out of it to run faster.

This aint like the Madden turbo. You got to put in work. lol

Start up a game.

Pause it.

Go to game options.

See if Performance EQ is on.

If it is, turn it off, and it wont happen

I disagree. Performance EQ being set to "on" is essential for good DB play. I think the community had a consensus about that too. However, maybe further explaining what you mean by "unrealistic" would help. I remember a guy saying that he didn't like that RB's were getting tackled from behind and falling forward to get extra yards, coining it unrealistic...which just isn't true.
