Can you download new rosters, then edit certain ratings, then do a fantasy draft. If so is there any negative outcomes; ex freezing, losing player names, etc. Thanks

I don't know about the freezing, but you can definitely do a fantasy draft with any roster, I used a Greatest of All Time roster and did a fantasy draft. That was a fun one. I didn't lose any player names, but I never completed the entire season either, sop I don't know about freezing.

as long as the roster doesnt freeze to start out youre fine
