I want to get more subbing with my players. I have it set to 50% sub out and 85% sub in. I wasn't seeing a lot of subbing so i lowered the Human and CPU fatigue to "0" to get more sub in & out.

What are you guys doing to get good rotation?

45% - 80%, I use the Carolina Panthers.. it varies depending on the team's depth. Panthers have a lot of depth at positions so I like them to sub in every once in awhile.
