A couple quick francise questions for you guys.
1. When you trade a player do you still have to pay the Cap Penalty in the same way that you would have to if you cut him?

2. How does player progression work? It looks to me like it takes affect after the preseason, can be viewed after the post season and is unaffected by the play of the players over the course of the season.
