How do you double team (Andre Johnson is killing me)

How do you double team?? I am 0-3 in my franchise winning 7-0, and Johnson is the only one doing anything for the Texans (I am raiders).

For a permanent double teaming you'd have to do that from the defensive assignments screen, but I still think you need to run a man to man defense to have it take effect. On-the-fly you need to pull the left (or is it right?) trigger and hold it to highlight the DB's. Hit the corresponding button for the DB that you want covering him to help out. The WR's corresponding button will then come up, so you'll need to press the one related to Johnson (or whomever you're doubling up on).
