Re: Considering 2K5

This would be a wise choice. As far as the rosters and franchise they do work. I was in the same boat as you and went for it. Traded in maddaen got 26 bucks paid .99 for 2k5 at gamestop and 4.99 for a usb stick and never looked back.

Re: Considering 2K5

I would have to agree that 2k5 is still a better choice than Madden10, I was a Madden guy untill 2k5 came out and I couldnt believe how good the gameplay was, franchise is not bad. I recently rented Madden10 and gave it a try, I cant get over the difference in gameplay. Maddens gameplay is still not as smooth as 2k5 sure the graphics are great but to me gameplay is more important. If you get 2k5 you have the chance to download some classic rosters as well thanks to all the great roster makers. The game never get old.

Did people try to insult the Commish?

I asked where it could be purchased for $.99. I do not purchase video games from eBay, but if I did I'd have to pay $5 or more. Amazon has some for $.99 with $4 shipping.

Gamestop sells them for $.99 cents.

XBOX---you'll need an Action Replay, from what I've read....

No. You need some type of data migration cable like the 360 transfer cable, Xport, etc. There's a whole stickied thread dedicated to it that goes into good detail on the equipment, programs, and steps needed, to get rosters transferred. The most work of any system, I believe, but also worth it IMO.

Also, if you don't want to shop online, hit up any videogame store. Most seem to have a copy or two lying around for that .99.
