So... seriously...

I see a lot of stuff on this site about how awesome 2k5 was but what were the warts? Anyone willing to go in depth on the problems? And I don't mean graphics either... I mean serious gameplay or franchise issues that either need to be worked around or ignored to enjoy the game. I hear a few people saying progression was "questionable" and I've heard bad things about corner routes being too easy to complete. What else was an issue or "had to be lived with" to like 2k5?

Franchise is completely screwed up with bogus trades and a horrible AI drafted first round. Unless you control all 32 teams franchise is broken.
