Hey guys I just heard about this site on local radio where I live and thought it'd be good to post the link for all you guys who put hard work into making rosters for us every year. Maybe you all have heard of it and if so forgive me for I don't frequent the Operation Sports site very often. However if you haven't heard of it then I think it will be very useful and informative for everyone to get more accurate stats and abilities when creating rosters:

They rate players and teams based off of individual performance, game by game, play by play, down by down. They even track stats that the NFL itself does not track but teams pay attention to when improving players' performance and signing contracts as well.
