If I have saved a replay is there anyway i can export it to a usb drive and then onto my computer?

Yeah, put your USB drive in the PS3, and then copy the save file to it from your virtual memory card.

If you want the actual video (and not just the save file) on your computer, you'll probably have to record the replay with a video camera or a capturing device.
