Erm... didn't 2K3 generally score higher than Madden 2003 last year (IGN, Gamespot, etc)? I didn't see too many Madden fans acknowleding anything... except the ones that gave 2K3 a chance, but they're not Madden fans anymore!

Thats exactly what I said in the other thread. Thats 2K3 was higher than Madden and now that a review comes around that has Madden higher. You get all these conspiracy theorys. And these Madden Fanboi comments. Its crazy.

And I also gave 2K3 a shot this year but did'nt convert like so many other. Not everyone became a convert.

this guy marino13 is week he comes on here and post one lil detail about a mag score that nobody else has seen and he did not put in one quote from what the reviewers had to say and he starts a huge posts. I think hes full of SHTI.

Yeah I beleive it to. PSM had them both like this last year too. Madden didn't get a 10 last year, but a 9.5. I am confident in Marino's post.

Bottom line is niether game would be as good as it is without the other. So both camps need to support each other's title to get the best out of the game they enjoy to play.

Nobody comes to see a one horse Kentucky Derby...

Every 2K game to date has had a long, long list of flaws and inconsistencies with the NFL game. The critics of Madden always seem to forget that.

If you prefer Sega's game, fine. But don't couch it as a more polished game than Madden. That's ridiculous. Both games do some things well, others not so much. But Madden is far more polished than 2K.

To portray Madden as a game for little kids is silly. In fact, the writing skills of most of the 2K fans in this forum are.....let's just say there's much room for improvement.

I hope this year is different. The reviews aren't promising, but I'll wait and see for myself. I'm pulling for a great game from Sega. I've seen reviews and scores from seven different authors, none too flattering.

Blocking is'nt a grip of mine. Sliders will fix this. And Mario running, you gotta be kidding me. 2K3 felt like I was controlling the little men I play with in electric football. Now the Robo QB is a problem. But you cant even get to the QB on 2K3.
