I have it. Madden got 4 pages, and ESPN had a three page review.A lot of pictures though. For madden they talf about the new playmaker control and the owner mode. They really dont talk to much about the AI. They do say for MADDEN that the play by play is smarter and more appropriate for game situations and far more realistic than ever before. For ESPN they say that SEGA is still on top of the simulation world and still provides a quality alternative to MADDEN. The gameplay is top notch, a big one (the AI is better than MADDENS). They also go on to say that the online play is seamless. They also say the first person mode need some woork.

ESPN has better Presentation and AI...BUT...Madden is "clearly" better.

Presentation effects replayability and overall enjoyment

AI effects gameplay, replayability, and overall enjoyment

Yet...Madden is CLEARLY better

Hmmmmmm...

I'll be honest, I'm excited about both games.

Me too. But if I had a choice I wish ESPN was being released first and MAdden in September. I feel more excited about ESPN with the new features than Madden. Honestly though I will get both.

Same here man

, I don't care what ANYONE thinks about either game (which one is better or not) because I KNOW that BOTH games are great (high five to the programmers, etc) and BOTH are a fine piece of work.

Madden/ESPN can't come soon enough

Well I must say, IF they gave NCAA a 10 and they gave madden a 10, then I already know that there are going to be some things that I'm not going to like about madden. I'm going to get it and play it alot, but it NCAA is any indication then I'm going to be pissed off with some things. Don't get me wrong, I like NCAA, but EA has failed in some areas where they said they improved it. But of course they don't grade the games like I would so, their score is their score.

Just to make sure...that comment about clearly better was from the Madden fan not myself...the whole post was up until the point where I said this is a "quote from a Madden fan on another forum."

So people don't get confused.

Can you give examples of things that are wrong with NCAA that might find themselves in Madden? Are they mainly AI problems?
