Hmmmm... I have to disregard Wikipedia links and information of any kind since it's an unreliable source.

The only thing that would confirm that there is development, is if that Visual Concepts Facebook account is really their official account, but it doesn't appear to be. THis looks like their official Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/2KSports#!/2KSports?v=wall

Hmmm, I know I would buy it, and so would avid 2K football supporters, but would anyone else. I guess it could be a good warmup for NFL 2K13(assuming the liscense is open then). If true, Go Eh!!!

Probably BS. There was a thread on the 2k forums asking if they were going to make a CFL game, so presumably someone from there edited the wikipedia article.

Maybe, if there is some truth to this, a dlc-only version of 2K8 with a CFL facelift? I, for one, would be first in-line to buy this product, and represent my Winnipeg Blue Bombers online.

There was a post mentioning making a CFL game on the 2k forum "3 weeks ago" (The posts don't seem to show an exact time stamp until they're a month old) which is around that time.

The only other edit from the IP that added the game to the VC wikipedia article is to the CFL article, which is suspicious.
