Problems transfering rosters into xport

Hey everyone, i just got a transfer cable today and followed the step by step instructions perfectly but when it comes to dragging the rosters into xport, it wont let me.

What would be the problem? Im on windows 7, then i tried it on a computer with vista and it still doesnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

what i had to do was go into the control panal and change the user account settings to the lowest level and it will allow you to drag and drop.
