It should be in the manuel buddy. Your top button. Triangle for PS2 and Y for XBOX

As soon as you throw the ball press the O button (if ps2) or B button ( if xbox) and then press Y as the ball is near your player. Go in practice with offense only selected, if you get good you wont have to deal with the wr dropping balls complaint, because YOU can position them to catch the ball in a better position
