If you super tweak your QBs / WRs and dumb down INT's etc., you'd have to go with 3 mins. to get somewhat accurate scores, but you'll never get accurate stats.

Re: Franchise Sim Quarter Length?

If you're a big Franchise player who will do like 30 years, I do not think realistic stats become a problem. Why? Because every year you play, your stats will reflect on that first year of Franchise and you will base your league averages which might be considered good in real life, bad in the game and your good might be better than good. One thing I am trying to fix for Franchise is the ball being thrown to Tight End #2 and the Cornerbacks getting tackles. When I simulate a season, my CBs will have only 1 Tackle. I am on the PS2, and I heard Xbox got a patch that might've fixed that so I don't know.

But the point I am trying to make is, if you hardcore play Franchise for 10 years straight, without simulating any of your games - the statistics actually don't mean a thing. They might not resemble real life, but you're getting statistics regardless to tell you if a player is good or bad.
