Help Uploading PS3 Roster?

Hey guys..1st post ,but long time supporter of OS. Ne way heres the deal..I have a GREAT roster file for PS3 VERY ACCURATE & DETAILED (facemasks,gloves,visors,body sizes etc..). I can PLAY NOW & scrimmage(except w/eagles game freezes if i pick them in ne game mode), but game freezes if i try to do a tournament or FRANCHISE. Right after it asks "continue? loses unsaved data yes or no?" before you pick your team.WTF?? Franchise works fine with default roster even w/ trades,cuts etc..I was hoping someone could show me how (or do it for me) to convert ps3 file into a file for download.This way someone can "fix" the freezing issue with this file.Ne help would be appreciated & ne one who pays attention to detail of the players uniform will enjoy this roster.
