How do you trade Players

Sorry if this is a stupid question but how do you trade players in franchise? I was trying to move some players and I can select the 1st team and player I want to trade but it tells me i need to 2 teams to make the trade. How do I move to the other team so I can select the player I want to trade for?

Scroll to a new team (white and black buttons? <-- don't recall exactly) and then pick the player you're after.
