    Widescreen format in ESPN?

Getting my HT installed this weekend (finally!, after a 2-year wait).

It's critical that I have widescreen. Will ESPN have it like EA's football games.

    Thanks.

I'm pretty certain VC is incorporating in Widescreen.

Erod, have you played the demo yet? If not, you should try and pick it up somewhere.

HDTV widescreen is not in the demo, however it is supported for XBOX & PS2. Man does it rock too. All jagged edges are smooth and pronounced. I learned that it is a bad idea to play video games on a big screen because it exploits pixels and makes it look worse, but HDTV takes care of this.

I am only going off of last years version of 2k3, PS2 supported 480p and XBOX did 720p. I doubt if they would regress. This isn't EA.
