What kind of question is that? Nobody even has the game so how would anyone know what the game speed is like in the final product let alone already know if they're going to speed it up? Slow down and just let the game come to you.

ive been playing in fast in 2K3 so im more comfortable playing in fast.....so uhm yeah thats the first thing im going to change

What is the difference between slow, medium and fast? Like, player speed, or how long it takes to play?

Speed. Passes, players speed, etc.

Does the time slow down during slow speed and speed up for fast? I never checked that.
