they can't do everything. just like EA can't get more than 12 tackling animations, just like Fever can't get rid of that weird MS color palatte, just like Madden can't improve the sound and sprite crowd....it's just a game chill out.

I hate it when a poster tells somebody to chill out. We're all passionate about gaming. That's why we're on the board.

If somebody feels the urge to talk about something they're passionate about, great. Once again, that's why we're here.

So, do NOT chill out. It makes for interesting reading and hopefully will make the game better in the future.

Yes people here are passionate about sports gaming, but come on, they're just uniforms. No need to get your panties in a knot, it's not a game killer. I can understand people are upset, but jeez...

Ok guys here is a theory...now Sega has dirty unis in rain games....LBrulz said he was Seattle and that he had played 8 games thus far..now when he answered the question I dont know how many games he had played but the thing is he said he had 3 rain games already...so since Seattle plays on FIELD TURF they re unis shouldnt get dirty being that field turf shouldnt dig up and wear like grass....so I looked at the Seattle schedule and they play 5 of 8 games at home leaving 3 for th eroad which were all on a grass surface Cincy,GB, and Arizona so maybe it rained in those 3 games now if it did rain in one of the games in Seattle then I m not sure if there should be dirty unis on field turf since its more like turf but looks like grass and if he it did rain in each of the away games then it would mean that the unis get dirty only on grass which would be accurate and it just so happened that it rained each time.....THIS IS PROLLY NOT TRUE but I figured what the hey I was thinkin about it so i threw it out there

I noticed the dirty uniform thing in ncaa/madden when I first started playing them but have since not "noticed" it. So yeah, it could be a nice little feature but how many people are gonna be like "man that uniform gets dirty!!" like 5 games in after they've seen it in the first game? Hardly any.

I would rather companies spend time on the actual gameplay than trivial things like dirty patches. But hey, to each their own....

I am actually glad they did it only for rainy games. In NCAA the uni's would get so dang dirty on a beautiful day it was unrealistic. Look at most teams uni's after a regular grass game. Maybe a couple grass stains, but nothing noticable from watching it on tv unless it's up close

I agree with you on the NCAA grass stains. And to make it worse, on the XBOX verson of NCAA, the grass stains appear and dissappear. For instance, my QB's back will be all stained walking to the LOS. While he is calling the signals the stains will dissappear and re-appear randomly. White jersey - Green jersey - White Jersey etc... It doesn't only happen then but that is one example of it. I think the mysterious stains detract more from the realism then no stains at all. I would rather it be done right or not at all.

You know, I've been crying for dirty uni's for a long time and after watching some preseason ball this year, I've noticed that yeah... YOU CAN'T REALLY NOTICE DIRT ON THE UNI'S on a clear weather game.
