I hope the freaking tackles are better

I just get done doing a little demo session and once again I saw those damn NFL 2k3 tackles. You know the ones. Where you hit the guys feet and he goes flying up in the air and then moves a few yards the comes down no where near he started.

Remember those crack the back tackles in NCAA that were so stupid. Well I wish Sega would just delete these tackles because it doesn't add the realism. I know it's too late and I hope this is just because it's an early demo. But I don't think they had time or even wanted to remove it.

Seems like you're the only one with that opinion because I don't see anybody co-signing it. The only thing VC did wrong was put in real tackles. Most of us like realistic and varied tackle animations. I suggest you don't tackle or get tackled that way you won't see the animations you hate. Good luck with that.

Agreed... I've only seen the tackle that guy was talking about ONCE... out of about 6,704,269 times that I have seen a tackle on the demo thus far. They got rid of the arcade feel, and even if this IS in the final version, there are about 500 other tackle animations that will make you forget about it.

Now that's my but I just hate that tackle so much.
